Skin testing and pre colour service .
Colourstart Passport Scheme
If it’s your first time for colour with us then we feel it is imperative that we carry out a skin sensitivity test 48hrs prior to your appointment. Skin tests take no longer than 2 minutes to carry out, If you call and speak to our front of house she can book a time slot for this to be carried out .
Any colour appointments booked without skin tests, unfortunately will not be honoured.
We also have a second option which is the Colourstart Passport Scheme where clients can buy an online skin test from us which can be performed at home 5 days before your hair colour appointment. This is known as the Colourstart Passport Scheme. Please read on to find out more.

Terms & Conditions
Deposits and Cancelation Fees. Dear Clients, As the economy recovers and our business becomes busier with new clients, we are aligning ourselves with the vast majority of the Hair and Beauty industry. So going forward all new colour clients wishing to make a booking, with an end bill exceeding £175.00 will be required to pay a deposits. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill after the appointment and payment is ready to be taken. Your deposits is fully refundable, however inline with industry protocol we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee from your deposit. After a cancelation fee is taken the remanding deposit balance will be refunded. ONLY to be refunded to the original payment card. In compliance with customer law any such cancellation fees will be reflective of the losses incurred by the business where we are unable to re-sell your appointment. OUR CANCELLATION FEES WORK ON A SLIDING SCALE AS FOLLOWS. -Deposit of £50.00 taken for appointments where the end bill is exceeding £175.00 -Deposit of £75.00 taken for appointments where the bill is exceeding £225.00 -Cancelations made more then 48hours prior to appointment = NO CHARGE -Cancelations made LESS THEN 48hours prior to appointment = %50 charge of the deposits already taken -Failure to attend your appointment with no contact (No show) Your cancelation fee will equal your deposit BY PROCEEDING TO MAKE A BOOKING YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND OUR AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
